My January's QBM is almost a month late but it's here! The theme was dessert and so I made a bakery! After the third time of making it, I'm happy with the fabric choices. First time around was the test block.
The second time around ended up reminding me of an old jailhouse! I was so excited for this block because I even took time to get pretty pictures of my fabric choices.
Finally, I'm happy with the third block. I didn't think to take a picture of my fabrics before I cut into them though! They are still a part of the Quartz Metallic Tonals fat quarter bundle from Connecting Threads though. Love it!
I found piece of fabric from a Connecting Threads line called Farmer's Market, I cut out the rolling pin, cupcake and pie, they made the perfect embellishments! I hope you enjoy the Sunrise Bakery block!
